This is a picture of a Keto friendly food that is great for making pizzas small or large. I think this is how to make it. Cook cauliflower and absorb the moisture. Put into a big bowl and add a lot of shredded cheese, an egg or more, baking powder. Maybe add some almond flour, but not sure exactly. Just add ingredients until mixture looks like it has a nice consistency. That is how I make it, and it always turns out great. Put the mixture on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Put oven on 350 for 15 minutes, then turn it over and put your sauces, meat, and cheeses etc on it. And cook for an additional ten minutes.
