I saw a keto friendly food recipes on Facebook, but i altered it. I used almond flour, shredded cheese, eggs to my liking. It turned out great to my surprise. Almond flour is low in carbs so it is not off limits in an average amount. I used ham and cheeses, and pasta sauce. Just mix these ingredients until the consistency is not to runny, and put it on parchment paper. Then I put them in the over for ten minutes, then I turned them over and put the ingredients on them. Keep them in the over for about 5 minutes longer and wow they should turn out great.

Sounds amazing, almond flour sounds great..All of it looks like its delicious
Thank you Pamela, and do try it.
I like this combination of products. I have to try almond flour as it is low in carbohydrates.
This recipe is best when altered to the best consistency, so just add these ingredients so it is not too thin, but also not too thick.
This looks delightful!
I haven’t tried almond flour, going to add it to the list of things to try!!!
oh yeah – WHOOOP WHOOOP 170!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you Doc for the whoop whoop it helps me push myself to the finish line.
Do you have the full original recipe?
It looks so good!!
I will try to find it lol. I saw a similar recipe on Facebook. But I just made it to a thick consistence using the same ingredients and it came out great.
Haha, ok, maybe I’m fine with your recipe! 🙂
If I decide to make some, I’ll ask you for help :p
is almond flour sweet?
No my brother it is not sweet in my opinion. Using parchment paper is a must to help it form just right.
might have to look into it then
Oh I lo’ve pizza too much
This way of eating pizza is almost guilt free I think. Almond flour makes for a low carb crust.
Looks and sounds really good. Enjoy!
Thank you Carol, and maybe try this one.
