My focus varies every week when it comes to working out. This week my focus was solely on burning off that pesky Thanksgiving holiday weight that creeps up on us all.
I talked myself into doing pull ups, despite having slight pain in my right elbow. I’am proud that I have been out of the military for five years and can still do a full max set up pull-ups.
Great for leg lifts! Works that whole entire abdominal mid-section.
Since visiting this new gym, I have added battle rope to my workout regime. Battle rope will leave you breathless and alive within a short about of time.
With the year being at its near end, and temperatures colder I’am trying to get in as many bike miles I can indoors.

Well, I walk every day. That is about all I can do.
Well, keep on walking Gramps
I don’t like to go to the gym, so my strategy to burn the fat is by deep cleaning the house.
Cool! I would imagine that you do a good thorough cleaning
I just like to re-organize things, especially it can help me to control my weigh.
