Dinking Water For How Long Does What?

We have all heard that we should drink more water, but is this true? Read about drinking water for 30 days here.  Drinking only water for thirty days can help prevent kidney stones and other illnesses. It can help aid in the managing of headaches and body aches. Even gargling with water can help ward off infections during cold and flu season. Drinking plenty of water studies have shown reduces the risk of death from coronary heart disease. My husband for one does not agree with this article. He thinks the body needs other nutrients as well. Milk is necessary for healthy bones many health-conscious adults would agree upon. I heard from someone that eating vegetables can be as sufficient as drinking milk. Overall I think we need 8-10 glasses of water each day. We should also drink milk at least once a day. Just my opinion! What is your opinion about drinking only water for thirty days?

  1. Drinking only water for 30 days is a great way to detox. But I will definitely not be able to do that. Not the biggest fan of water although I know should drink more.

  2. I don’t think that I could drink only water for 30 days. If I don’t get certain nutrients like Vitamin B, the tips of my fingers start to tingle meaning that the capilaries are getting too narrow. So for some people it might be a good idea. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water is a good idea though, don’t drink more than that though, I heard about a mentally ill woman who drank 40 glasses of water in one day and died because of too much water.
