Giant robots will always occupy a special place in my heart. The problem with giving these guys sexy pilots is that either the girl is too small or I crop in so you can see the girls but you lose most of the mech. And this is one of those times when splitting the difference just makes it work.
Just gotta commit one way or the other and take the loss…

I cannot tell if that is a girl monster or a boy monster but it could be a match for Grendel’s Mother. I think it stands well on its own.
This is a mecha. Some of them have an implied gender but this one seems pretty neutral to me…

It looks like you have to make it as a series of images to show your whole idea.
You may have something there. On one hand, it seems prudent for each piece to be standalone… Perhaps this could be solved with formatting and expectation management?
As long as a passage is unique to being independent of course wise and great but when something that should be highlighted in more detail is not accommodated then the big picture will be difficult to express it.
I think I have a way to accomplish this which also serves a third purpose as well…
