When great stars leave his body
right then and there they leave their mind
their valuable trash
which can be absorbed into our consciousness
we who are still set foot in two worlds
as far as we are in a state of total receptive
and not obsessed by anything.
When we accept this rubbish
there was a leap of consciousness within us.

Thought-provoking words as always! Sometimes it’s difficult to tell which things we should accept and which we should change.
Thanks a lot, Ellie. You’re right, Ellie. We are often confused to decide to accept or reject something. Usually, what we reject is something stranger or we do not know before, or we don’t understand its meaning.
Yes, acceptance is best . Interesting concept.
Thank you, Pamela. I think the blessings and pure abundance of the universe without any pretension and interest is necessary for us to receive for the good and the benefit of ourselves.
Acceptance is the only path forward; denial gets you nowhere…
In this context so indeed.
Is denial ever a sound long term policy?
I think there are many things that we must reject or deny in this life, right?
Such as unlawful stimulus or out of principles thinking, the command of an un-credible leader, or even our own ego, etc.
Rejecting a faulty premise isn’t the same thing as denial. I think denial is dangerous…
What do you mean by denial here? If you use denial as a term for the mechanism of an immature mind, such as denying having lied or using drugs even though it is true we have done then that is dangerous.
By denial I mean refusing to accept the facts, or to a lesser extent refusing to entertain an idea. Lying is also dangerous but not as much as being so deluded you’ve blinded yourself to the truth
With that perspective, I agree with you. About blinding myself to the truth, I think it is a common phenomenon. That’s why I love to rummage through my mind to not stay idle sitting on pseudo-truth.
Vigilance and periodic re-evaluation are really your only defenses against blind spots…
Vigilance, I think so, re-evaluation is possible as long as the results and evaluation tools are not general dimensions, that is, it depends on the realm of the blind spot.
Even if you lack the tools to determine exactly what it is that you’re missing, if you continue to revisit and re-examine your assumptions, you should be able to conclude that something is off, even if you can’t be certain what that thing is…
I’m sure we all have many inactive assumptions and so many other ignorances. I personally prioritizing spiritual awareness (not religious faith) which in turn will guide me to find out what is necessary or unnecessary to know as substantial or essential or not at all, only that it can not be done just by introspection or re-evaluation.
The last part of rubbish is an eye-opener.It makes rubbish bearable. It can transform!
There are so many things in the universe that can help us and are very useful if we understand and realize it, right?
Amazing message that I can relate to as you know. Thanks for the words and the photo.. reminds me of seeing the light.
Thank you, Carol. It’s always a pleasure to share a point of the glory of the universe
As always you are very welcome.
Hope this can give a speck of benefits.
That was brilliant Albert, reminiscent of the slogan , “Let go, let God” but from another angle. Blessings to the spiritual sanitation workers 🙂
Thanks a lot, Paul.
Blessings to the “spiritual sanitation workers”…
Hahaha… You use a very fun and impressive term!
