Calm down, arachnaphobes. It’s just,a picture. A picture can do nothing to you, whatsoever.
Besides, even if the spider in this image were right in front of your face, right now, it would have no interest, whatsoever, in biting you, because you are not it’s food source or threatening it.
I have no idea what type of spider this is. I just happened upon it recently and found it beautiful.
And, since he was kind enough to pose, calmly, for the picture, instead of scurrying away, I figured he wanted a moment in the lime-light.
Please tell me there are other spider fans on Virily. I can’t be the only one.
Oh no, thank YOU. 🙂 I try to avoid Walmart, too.
I’ll be honest, I am not a big fan of spiders. However, this one looks impressive!
Aint he just the cutest looking little baby, huh?
I personally prefer kittens and bunnies, lol.
Well I love spiders as long as they do not bite me lol. Well not love but well tolerate them lol.
Thank you. Yeah, they were once considered sacred for a reason.
Spiders are good teachers of life and wisdom
Yes, they are. I see all life as a component of the God – God being The Universe Itself.
I totally agree with your views!
Where many disagree is that EVERYTHING is a form of life, even dark energy.
Thanks. I try to avoid Walmart unless I have to pick up a prescription.
I enjoy spiders on a design level, they’re quite elegant. While not at all afraid of spiders, I wouldn’t go so far as to say I love them but I certainly bear them no ill will…
They are very elegant, aren’t they. I actually do enjoy them, they keep flying pests away. They do more, good for humanity than manu realize.
I also just happen to practice a “different” type of spirituality than most and regard them as sacred, for a number of reasons.
Others, who seek to keep society sending them free money and energy, have convinced people-in-general that me and mine are “evil” but, we only get evil when we must.
Chinese regard spiders, crickets and bats as lucky, noticing that households that had these things also enjoyed a lower occurrence of illness…
I don’t mind the tiny ones that spin their webs over any and everything. I think they are hard working creatures and boy are those webs strong. However, I am deadly afraid of tarantulas which I have encountered in the past
i admire all spiders and have had the pleasure of letting a tarantula crawl up my arm.
You can’t be jumpy when they do so, or else they will die from the fall.
Personally I do not like spiders.
Thank you. I have another friend mirtufied by them. Sge was once bitten by a briwn recluse ans ended up losing her sight over it for awhile.
So, I no longer rib people over it.
Spiders have an important job to do, so I appreciate them. That being said, I’d rather not shelter the poisonous ones in the house.
As much as I like spiders, I will also kill a briwn recluse, wolf spider or a black widow.
All spiders tend to hate the smell of real mint oil and if you clean regularly and properly, they have so few places left to hide,
I didn’t know that. Where do you buy real mint oil? At an essential oils site?
You could get it from one of those or a local health food store.
I do not recommend anything from WalMart for my own reasons.
