  1. Hi Nik I was just wondering if they are a good breed to have with a young family I used to have a Staffordshire bull terrier that was great with people but you had to be careful around other dogs.

    • Hi Ralph – we have a cane corso & a English staffy! Our staffy is def a people’s dog (not aggressive to dogs but doesn’t care for them) our CC is good with other dogs and people and is so incredibly loyal.. BUT be warned CC’s are nothing like staffies! They are not people pleasers, they don’t care if you tell them to do something, they will only do it if THEY want to. They are giant goofballs who protect fiercely and need a very strong leader otherwise they can be a real handful. They also need socialization as they are big powerful dogs. CC’s are not for the faint of heart but their loving nature and playful attitude will always make you smile.
