It’s a 12 hour workday again. The pressure is on to get things right. There seems to be more tasks added each day. I had physical therapy last evening and then helped me get some good rest. I am grateful for that. Here are my choices today and I am hopeful that I can do most of them. We shall see if it goes this way or that way!
Be quick and accurate with my work
Eat a balanced diet
Drink 24 ounces of water
Take medication
Keep a smile on my face and in my voice
Use kind words.

Yes, you can make it! Would you like to add a short exercise? Perhaps yoga, simple exercise, or even a short walk. I always think exercising makes me feel good, though sometimes I am too lazy to work on it daily, at least a long walk for me every evening while bringing my kids to the park makes me feel better. 😛
That’s a great idea. I go to physical therapy every other evening. On the other days an evening walk would be great.
Your goals for today are attainable; and they would be good goals for every day!
I try and add something a little different everyday so I am creating better habits. After it becomes a daily habit I can just make that part of my normal day. If I get lazy about it I can add it back in.
