The Grand Temple of Leah is an edifice located in Cebu City, Philippines which has a great resemblance of the Taj Mahal of India. The architectural design is truly impressive!
The enormous edifice was built on top of the mountain. You need to walk on a steep concreted area before you could reach the main building.
We visited this place some years back and I was amazed by the beauty of the place. The giant bronze statue of Teodoro Adarna’s Queen, Leah Albino Adarna was placed in the middle of the temple.

Very beautiful. I have encountered temples like this while living in Hawaii
Very interesting place, looks impressive
I think it is a cool museum and art gallery that is worth visiting.
It’s really a nice place to visit. When we visited the place, it was not complete and there is ongoing construction on some parts. I think there are more improvements at the current time.
When was the last time you visited it?
Thank you, Tasartcraft. It was done out of love. The owner made this giant temple as a gesture of love for his late wife.
Beautiful and love the stained glass windows.
Thank you, Carol. Yes, old churches in the Philippines and even old houses still have stained glass windows.
Most of the Catholic churches here do as well but they always catch my attention. So stunning.
Wooow, stunning temple. I would like to visit him because we do not have temples
Thank you, Vidocka. The Temple of Leah is a 7-storey high structure and covers a land area of more than 5,000 square meters.
Nice… I would want to visit but the steep stairs is holding me back … lol
It has a very Classical look from the outside, reminds me of Greece.
Truly impressive, and beautiful statues too! ?
Very beautiful building dear friend … we do not have such temples in our country

Great share!
