Yucca Rose & Peter Heckmann – Restoration of a medium sized original painting from 2013 (57 cm x 39 cm) – part of Peter’s Fluid Flower Motions Series – Delicate Flowers Awaiting First Light Of The Day – Acrylic on wood (digitally restored, manipulated and enhanced in 2016).
Sadly, the original painting was severely damaged by a storm (warped / paint bubbled and lifted off etc.), but we managed to save some parts and photographed these for digital restoration in Photoshop. We both added new replacement elements (on canvas and in Photoshop), which we then incorporated into the new composition.
Gorgeous work! I love it.

Thank you, Albert. Yup, it was based on Peter’s video for a song of mine … did you vere have a chance to listen to my music … in bahasa indonesia? http://yuccarose.bandcamp.com/ 🙂
I was instantly fascinated by this painting. Is this your painting (restoration) with Peter? Wow ..
