Here are three delicious 3-ingredient cookie ideas. Two of them are also vegan, and two are suitable for a gluten-free diet. If you have gluten intolerance, remember to use gluten-free oats.
Tell me which are your favorite ones, and if you have a 3-ingredient cookie recipe, share it in the comments. I’m always looking for delicious and easy-to-make recipes.

This recipe is very simple, and the ingredients you need are peanut butter, maple syrup, and oat flour. If you don’t like peanut butter, you can use any nut butter you like. Find the recipe here.
3-Ingredient Low-Carb Paleo Cookies

These cookies are made with nut butter too. They are suitable for a low-carb and paleo diet as well. The main ingredients are eggs, nut butter of your choice and a sweetener you like. Optionally, you can add a little bit of baking soda or some dried fruit. Find the recipe here.
Delicious Crispy Cookies

Technically, you need only three ingredients to make these vegan cookies: flour, coconut oil and some sweetener of your choice. I usually use einkorn or emmer wheat to make them. I also like filling them with jam or chocolate. They taste heavenly! See the recipe for the jam-filled cookies here.

Thank you very much! Happy weekend!
You said pick a favorite, I would have to say the one I am of the three currently eating would be my favorite. Otherwise, I really can’t choose.
Thank you so much! I really like all of them, so it would be difficult for me to choose too.
Yum. Since we must use 20 characters, I’ll say yum, yum, yum.
Hehe, thank you so much! 🙂
I’d choose #2 without adding dried fruit. I actually make that a lot when I eat low carb. Very good and simple to make!
Are dark chocolate and cocoa powder suitable for a low-carb diet? I love adding ccocoa powder and chocolate chunks to this cookie mixture.
Uhmmm… you have some yummy recipe and I have some trouble inside. Heii… interesting post, Ellie.
Hehe, thank you so much, Albert!

I have to admit, my cookies never look this good. I can master the taste, but not the look.
The taste is what matters the most!
