Anyone else get excited by all the pumpkins and gourds available during the autumn? One of my favorite parts of autumn is getting to decorate my home and my yard with different varieties of pumpkins and gourds, such as the ones in the photo.
I just laid the little pumpkins out so you can see them but I will be buying many more to decorate the yard and the house. I have one giant pumpkin growing in the garden which will be decorated and carved for Halloween.
My favorite pumpkins are the classic orange pumpkins, perfect for any autumnal decor.
These are very festive decorations in the autumn.

I’m not the biggest fan of the taste, but they are beautiful!
I don’t eat them, they are only for decorative purposes.

I just spent three days at the National Heirloom Exposition 2017. Now that I’m back I’ve started going through several hundred pictures many of which are squashes, gourds, and melons. I’m sure to post an article or two which you should enjoy. I love seeing all the unique varieties for sure.
