Reflections Thursday ~ What you should not do on an empty stomach

Bad experiences have taught me how important breakfast is. So I have breakfast first, only then I drink medicine and coffee. Here are some things we shouldn’t do on an empty stomach.

Aspirin, paracetamol, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not be taken on an empty stomach. Not only does it reduce their effectiveness, it also causes serious health problems such as stomach ulcers.

Non-caffeinated coffee also contains some caffeine and stimulates the production of acid in the stomach, which can lead to heartburn problems and other digestive problems if you drink coffee (caffeinated or decaffeinated) on an empty stomach.

If we do not eat before drinking alcohol, the absorption of alcohol into the body is increased by twice, which is the same as if we took alcohol intravenously by injection.

Many people think that exercising on an empty stomach contributes to better calorie burning. But it doesn’t really affect fat loss. However, it affects the loss of muscle mass.

Today I share some older posts again.
