Many of you know that I like photography, but there is something more I like, something I have never talked about. This something is illustrated in this photo. I like that every morning to do at least 30 minutes of outdoor sports, in a place equipped with fitness equipment. Of course, Maya and my shadow always accompanies me.
If you are not used to sports, I advise you to try! You will have incredible benefits on your overall health. Your muscles become more trained, and healthy muscles will help your body function properly.

I like outdoor activities like walking and biking.
The evidence is very clear, exercise is doing you well Ileana. I don’t do sport, but do my sit-ups and stretches every day.I don’t get outside much. but I try. Great picture.

I like to do sports. It is a habit found in youth. I practiced judo for a long time.

Maya is linked to me with a very short umbilical cord!? I use the treadmill only in winter when I can’t get out.
