The oldest elephant in captivity died at our zoo last year. It was sad.
Thanks for seeing and kind comment…This is really sad news dear friend
These grandiose animals are exotic for our country, anyway always enjoy watching them in zoos!!!
Even in our country, the elephant is an exotic animal, so I only see it in the zoo …. But in the Asian part of Russia, there are no elephants …
I have never seen an elephant in person but they are majestic beasts. I hope they will never become totally extinct because it would be a great loss. Beautiful pictures of a grand looking mammal.
Thanks for seeing and kindly commenting …. I also hope that people will finally get to know how a beautiful animal is an elephant …. it would really be a pity to completely exterminate them and to die out
I agree totally. P.S. I just have to add a big thank you for all your up votes on some of my previous posts. Again THANK YOU. I appreciate it very much.
With great pleasure dear friend
still, they are some majestic beasts
The elephant is really beautiful and magnificent, it just does not seem so dangerous to me
anything that size represents a potential for danger, whether or not it intends harm…
This is true … the size itself is terrifying, however, as you said, whether it’s dangerous or not
it could damage something by accident, but my understanding is they’re very aware of their surroundings…
I only saw the elephant in the zoo
I also saw him only in the zoo dear Vidocka
I have only seen them in the zoo, but I love them!
I also saw him only in the zoo
I love seeing them at the zoo. There is also an elephant sanctuary in our state. It is for the old retired ones like from the circus.
This is very interesting for you to have an elephant sanctuary
These are also increasingly rare animals. In my country, we have Sumatran Elephants (Elephas maximus sumatranus) which are subspecies of Asian elephants that only inhabit the island of Sumatra. Sumatran elephants are smaller than the Indian elephant subspecies.
Thanks for viewing and interesting information about elephants my friend
You are most welcome, dear friend.
Thank you for your kindness my friend
Pleasure is mine, my friend.
