Together With Sky And Flowers ~ Sky Sunday

Sitting in the garden, watching the afternoon sky, enjoying the sunset, diving into the twilight zone, always impressing me. Especially when orange jessamine blooms, it’s distinctive, strong, and fresh aroma always becomes a very generous best friend in presenting inspiration and insight.

Nature, in any form, sky or flower, in this case, does not distinguish anyone from enjoying their extravagance. No difference between the good or bad people, they can enjoy the same atmosphere, the same fragrance. They don’t care whether we praise their beauty or not. They have no interest in our feelings in admiring their uniqueness or not. That’s our business fully. They have absolutely no intention to impress us.

It seems, the less we identify ourselves with our ego, the easier it is for us to accept and understand other people or anything as they are. Without glorifying my selfishness, I’m no longer afraid of being hurt, disliked, or even hated, even though I do regret if there is such a feeling from other people to me because it will hurt them more than myself.

Then I asked myself, “Then what do you do wherever you are? Isn’t that just an effort to impress others?”, Really, that is a difficult question to answer, but I am fully convinced that my intention is just to share the beauty of love and bliss. I am sure that I am just a bird that can fly wherever I like, whenever I want it.

  1. Plants live in another dimension. ? I think they have some sort of conscience, but it’s so different from ours we can’t notice. And vice versa. They probably don’t know we are conscious and sentient.
They seem to go with the flow, while we animals struggle all the time, making sure we have our basic needs covered. Some of these needs work differently from plants. For example, we have to impress someone else if we ever want to generate offspring. That’s our world, making sure we are appreciated is part of survival. ?

    • Wow! You have a good opinion, Sabtraversa. Thank you.
In my opinion, most likely, it is we who do not know that they are conscious and alive. Like us, they also struggle all the time to survive in nature. Borrowing Maslow’s theory, to describe our differences as animals (as you mentioned) with animals or other living things is that we have a fifth need, a need for meaning. The easiest example to see how animals also need to impress the opposite sex is the peacock.

Well, indeed, we as humans are different but we can always learn from nature to find the essence of life, and respond to live wisely.

      • Plants struggle their own way, they look passive though they can grow to reach what they need (sun, water and nutrients). Animals are such because they are animated, they can move easily if the environment is no longer suitable. Plants move somehow, through reproduction (seeds get pushed by winds or animals), but they’re obviously slower. I’ve heard plants create allergies (or even viruses) as a defense mechanism when there are too many creatures in their area, but I can’t find proof for that theory.

I agree, everything can teach us something. Thank you too. ?

        • You are right. There is indeed no scientific theory for what I have said, not yet, like there are also no scientific facts about spiritual awareness, the Spirit or soul because it goes into a supernatural or mystical area while science, in general, take opposite with it. We do live in the scientific era, but science has not been able to reach everything in life.

Outside of people I know personally can talk to nature including; wind, plants etc. who don’t want to be popularized at all, let me show you a little interesting thing about trees or plants.

I even seem very impressed with what is near you. https://www.finerminds.com/consciousness-awareness/the-singing-trees-of-damanhur/

          also with this one:

You don’t have to believe it, but at least it can enrich your knowledge.

  2. Ego is a piece of us. It forces us to examine where we are. It lets us convince ourselves that in fact, we are not doing things people point out to us.

For me, it makes me stop and consider my impact on others all the time. I examine what I do. That is one of the driving reasons for the influencer list here on Virily. I wished to make sure that those who help get recognition.

Ego is the driver for both praising others and seeking praise.

    • Ego is indeed a part of us, even one of the main parts. The ego, in my opinion, is the main wrapping of the soul that orients humans fully to the things of the world. The initial act of the ego in humans as the mandate it received was to close the memory so that people forget their origin soon after birth, that’s why I once said that we die as soon as we are born.

The task of the ego to make (soul) consciousness paralyzed is indeed in order to make humans learn from the material realm with all interactions in all aspects of their lives, in duality, in 4D. However, it does not mean that our existence in the world is only for learning outwardly and completing birth missions but also to return to our spiritual awareness as much as possible. And as you mean, I call it as ways to rediscover the path of wisdom.

I am grateful and thankful that you have posted an influencer list and entered my name in it, and that is entirely your positive initiative, but I did not ask for it, in other words, in the context of the writing above, I have never tried to impress others even though be grateful if people are impressed by my post or action. That is also the reason why I always feel awkward every time I receive praise. Maybe this sounds hypocritical, but indeed for me, I prefer if people understand or sue my views rather than just praising.

Thank you for your deep thoughts here, and also your positive efforts to develop this community that we love. I love this kind of discussion.

    • Both types of flowers are indeed similar, both name, shape, color and aroma, but those are two different flowers for us. We call jessamine as “kemuning” as a tree with hardwood, while we call jasmine as “melati”, a flower from vines. Jasmine is also the flower symbol of my country.

  3. Another great point made. This world could do without all of the egos floating around, for no reason at all. Hurting others for no reason should be illegal.

    • Great viewpoint, Carol. It must be admitted that it is very difficult to realize our ego, let alone to let go, as difficult as releasing the word “I” or “me” from our words, but if that happens, there will be more sincere laughter and smile in the world.

      • I have known people who truly did not realize their ego was a problem to those around them. Some personalities start young and if they are not pointed out, they become accepted by many. I have been through too much in life to accept any type of demeaning or being looked down on behavior, I just will not tolerate it. Funny how life struggles can change your perspective.

        • I really understand what you mean. Personality is indeed formed from a young age as a combination of nature, the influence of the environment, and various life experiences. The interesting thing is that all knowledge of faith, wisdom, ethics, personality, manners etc. have so little influence on the wisdom that can erode the ego, and what emerges a lot later is a double standard or just seeing shortcomings and mistakes in others.
Certainly, the struggle for life can change our perspective.
