In search of food, the seagulls have increasingly migrated to urban areas. In my area they can be found on the shore of the Ialomita river, but also on the lake in Chindia Park. They usually stay far from the shore but today, when I arrived at the park, one of them was on the edge of the lake. He became very careful when we arrived. Maybe it felt Maya and found she dangerous !!! I managed to take a picture before it flies to his partner, who was sitting on the fountain in the middle of the lake. They stayed there for a while, enjoying the sun’s rays, then flew off.

What a lovely seagull. I used to love taking photos of them. I have a really nice one so I guess I will share and introduce a nice seagull from Latvia.
I didn’t know that. We don’t have seagulls nearby. I only see them during my vacation at sea.
I did not know until last night, I watched a nature show on tv and learned this. Amazing!
