Last year I bought some mini Zinnia seeds from a charity sale. From the whole packet of seeds only one plant grew. This plant has made its presence felt in my garden.

It reseeds itself and grows all over the place. There are hundreds of orange flowers so tiny and beautiful. The resilience of nature always amazes me.  Sometimes I see people chop down trees to the root and within a short time they come back healthier than before.

Resilience is a quality we all need for life. This is what keeps us going despite the huge setbacks.

    • I had the huge ones in summer but they were tossed about and battered during the hailstorms, these little ones came back like all weather friends.

  1. Wonders never cease with nature. I have just one flower of the gomphrena which I have preserved and hope to sow seeds from there.

I had zinnias in my garden but many flowers just disappear. Yours look beautiful and as I have always said you do have green fingers.
