Before the advent of the cctv, there was always a series of burglaries in our community every month. Houses are entered at night and some burglars are even armed that one homeowner was harmed by a knife. Unfortunately for the community, no burglar was caught in spite of the roving village security guards. As what the cops said, burglars are always one step ahead.
But with the installation of cctv, the usual burglary reports of 5 to 10 each month has stopped. No more burglaries at least in our village. Perhaps the police was right in saying that burglars are intimidated by dogs, night light and cctv camera. That means a cctv system is a good investment for it shows results at once.

We live in apartments. I don’t know but perhaps they have CCTV.
Good to know that the incidence are decreased due to cctv.
This is a very good idea. I want to put one in my mother’s apartment. But who watches the film in real time?
