Sharing a photo in Kim’s Color Crazy Challenge. Blue is the color for one more day.
I have talked about this blue hydrangea before and it still is a favorite of mine. It prefers shade and is planted in the front of the house where there is a lot of shade. It has done well there for many years. Waiting for it to come to life again soon.

So beautiful! I love hydrangea flowers.
Oh boy do I love this photo and your hydrangea. We have talked about this beauty before. I still havent gotten one. This is a must this year. Thanks for the beautiful photo, and reminder!
Thanks Kim, I hope it does the same this year. I still don’t have a black butterfly bush either but I will. 🙂 You are welcome. The good thin about this one is it is perennial.
Carol, I love the flowers and the shade of blue. What a great flower. I suspect, if I were to try and grow something like this, it wouldn’t last long!
Thank you, it is a favorite. It is very easy, even you could grow it! You plant it, mulch it and that is it. At the end of the season, cut it all the way to the ground, then it comes back the next spring. A perennial is my favorite kind of plant.
I suspect I would kill it. I am not good growing things outside. I suspect it is years of having to tend my father’s orchard. Now, I would rather relax and watch other people’s flowers!
The shades of blue are captivating Carol.
Good to see you Bradley. Thank you, and this one requires partial shade, not direct sun. Amazing plant.
It’s a lovely flower. I also shared a lighter blue. I hope it gets approved.
Thanks, and I hope your post is approved soon.
I do not have any blue flowers in the garden. Nice image of the blue flower.
Thanks, this is the only one I have so far.
At least you have one blue flower to start a new collection for your garden.
Yes and I love watching this plant grow, to gets about six feet tall each year.
That is nice to know that you are happy with your plants.
This is really pretty!
Come to think about it, we don’t have any blue in our garden … lol
Blue is usually not common in most gardens. Most have red and yellow.
Fantastic picture. I do not have anything blue at the moment
Thank you so much, I love blue and flowers are rare in my garden this color.
Beautiful picture dear Carol

Your flowers are always award winning looking. So pretty!
You are so kind, thank you. Did you see the post I did for you?
Hmm, Great nice blue color 🙂
Thank you very much. Good to see you.
My Pleasure, Yes me too always good to see you!
Looks like there are lots of beautiful blue around you. Maybe that’s because your favorite color is blue.
Unfortunately I don’t have anything blue in the garden.
Well if I look hard enough, I wish I had more in the garden. I love blue flowers. And indoors I have a lot of blue because as you said, it is my favorite color.
Thank you very much!
I had no idea you were banned!
I actually enjoy the site. Too bad it has not been good for you.
