Yes, I understand why we have to use new technology. I am happy to hop on board. It would have been spectacular if the screenshots had matched what showed up in the application today. It’s not even close to all the training we took.
Not to worry! I only have a 12-hour shift of people who are going to be running the gamut of emotions and I am today, the sounding board, the target, the one person they can reach and I have no solutions as of yet!
I would love to just crawl back into bed and try this another day, but I was too responsible to do that. (I think). I can see the numbers building up just waiting to say “how does this work?” I cannot help 220 people! It’s going to be an interesting day.

I love it when they do training, and I look at the screen and realize they didn’t capture the final screens!
(sometimes training is built when the application is finishing up its beta, not the final product because it takes time to build the training).
I will be challenging so best of luck with this. I remember way back when I was working in NYC computers were first introduced at our office, I was found to be the one who picked up on the idea the quickest so I was chosen to show my colleague whose job it would be to place all files into the computer how to do it. It took a week and in the meantime, my desk was overflowing with unanswered mail and all kinds of files which took me two weeks to catch up
It looks like it will be a challenging day! I hope it goes well.
Keep pushing through, tomorrow will be better.
It was indeed great day today , three old high school friend my place and we had a lot of fun
My day sounds as though it has been going better than yours today, and mine has so far included a visit to the dentist!
