Are you there? Are you strung out and about to snap? Some of us are and really don’t know how close we are to having some major issues with our health all because of stress. Stress is an alert system to let us know something needs to change. When we ignore the first signs and let it go on it becomes dangerous. Stress is defined as a state of mental or emotional strain caused by adverse circumstances.
We all have adverse circumstances. It is how we deal with them that determines if we will experience chronic stress.
The first step the do a self check is to simply go through this list. If you have any of these experiences three times a week or more, mark yes. If you have less than three times a week mark no. Let’s see where we are as a community.

quiet inner reflection – I find myself at times feeling disconnected. I know that headaches make me really uncomfortable and I have chronic pain.
It is important sometimes to just stop and relish the life we have!
