Sometimes we get a new day and instead of being delighted, we start sinking into the concerns of the past and the future. We feel how the apathy, the laziness breathe to our neck and within us, the emptiness opens up.
At this point, we all need urgent help. We need to reanimate our feelings.
A cup of hot coffee and run into the woods. Breathing is one of our strongest antidotes.
There is wet, cool, silent in the forest. One step – one deep breath in… second step – deep breath out…
We inhale peace, exhale stress, anxiety, and fears. Just take a few moments every day for yourself.
