Street food is a booming industry

Even in my younger days, the so called street food were already there. The most popular was the pork barbecue that later innovations came like the chicken intestines on a stick, barbecued beef innards, chicken heads and chicken feet, beef skin and many other kinds of barbecue. What makes the street food growing is the growing number of customers, young and old, rich and poor.

Lately the street food has invaded the malls. Although the price is much higher since the kiosk is situated in a corner of the air conditioned mall, people still patronize.
