I always wake up around 4:30 in the morning. Part of my daily routine every morning is to watch motivational videos on Youtube followed by Positive Affirmation videos.
One of the most powerful motivational videos that I have seen and always watch is a speech by the academy award-winning actor Denzel Washington.
Denzel Washington:
Say thank you for grace, thank you for mercy, thank you for understanding, thank you for wisdom, thank you for parents, thank you for love, thank you for kindness, thank you for humility, thank you for peace, thank you for prosperity.
Say thank you in advance for what’s already yours.
(You can read the transcript of the whole speech here.)
Thus, every morning, while watching or listening to the motivational video, I would make a list of at least five things that I am thankful for.
And of course, I do it with while taking my coffee and sometimes some hot noodles.

I try to think of all of the good things on the spur of the moment…I do believe in being grateful for when ever I remember to say, “Thanks” I feel so much better…
Denzel is a very smart man. Good to see you posting. Have a great day.
I eat this noodles every now and then. Good stuff!
Oops I accidentally double posted my last reply after I tapped on the back button. 🙁
Hehe he. Why? You don’t like instant noodles?
Actually, I seldom eat instant noodles. I was craving for something spicy though. So I went for instant jjampong.
I love listen to Denzel Washington’s speeches.
Thank you for sharing this positive post here on Virily.
Pardon me for this comment but I don’t like the instant noodle in the photo.
