My sister gave me the above plate years ago when she visited. I miss her every day.
These little things in life that I talk about so much truly do get me through the days.
I like the saying…. If nothing changes, there would be no butterflies.
I interpret that to say that we have to accept the changes in life. Good and not so good.
Remember that if nothing changed, the caterpillar would not change into a beautiful butterfly.
Just sharing another thought that helps me, in hopes it will help you as well.

That is a beautiful plate. I have many photos that give me happy reminders of different things, I especially enjoy not only seeing the people in the photos but also looking at the surroundings and remembering where and when.
