I am not sure what type of snails these are but I often see them by the seaside.

I used to keep some giant African snails. I bought them in an African shop here, where they were sold for cooking, but I thought they were cute and kept them alive for many years 🙂
That’s amazing, I have only seen them in photos. Where did you keep them, in the garden or inside the house?
In the house, in a big box. It would usually be too cold for them outside here 🙂

So a snail went to a car lot to buy a new car.
The salesperson asked, “what would you like in a car.”
The snail pointed at a car on the lot “that one” the snail said, “but you have to paint S’s all over the car.”
The salesperson said “S’s, why s’s>”
The snail smiled and said “so when I drive by people will say look at that little S car Go!”
You gave me a good laugh, Doc, with that joke! I’ve actually been trying to think of a joke with that punch line (or similar) for years 🙂

There is only one thing I know about snails and that is if they visit gardens they could be destructive.
