Robin Biznis October 5.2019 Belgrade. Serbia
Some days the weather in Belgrade is cold and rainy.
And it affects my health. Knee on the left leg pain for days and depression too.I hardly come on this site , But the Sunday was a beautiful sunny day.One of the most beautiful parks in Belgrade was the World Heart Day, which is being held in September. 29 every year. This year my wife and I went to the event because our oldest granddaughter, Simone, was there. She volunteered because she was in medical school.I wrote a note on her booth at a billboard about how healthy the walk is if conducted every day.I also received a T-shirt and a cup of tea as a gift.My wife measured her blood pressure.I checked my blood sugar. I had a solid result. In the third place we got one apple of fruit and bottled water. After a short break, we visited the nearby of St Mark’s Church , which is just at the entrance to the park.About her in the next article. We ended up going to a Belgrade restaurant for lunch. The choice was, of course, grilled meat with salad.

Thank you for all your great posts.
Thank you very much Ghostwriter.
Thank you very much my friend.
Well, people have collections for the Heart Foundation to aid research as well as other medical conditions on every other disease in the world taking place in New Zealand
It’s nice to hear that this is how New Zealand works.
One of my sisters has a heart problem….
I’m sorry to hear that.
I hope the good weather continues and you feel better. Take care.
Thanks.
You know, after the surgery, the doctor told me “now everything is in your hands”
He forgot about god.
Similar events are also taking place in our country.
Well, they should happen in every country. Prevention is paramount.
Thanks vidocka,
Sorry about how you are feeling my friend. I can relate. The seasons changing is always hard. Hope you feel better.
I also used some knee pain medication.
It’s a little better, the weather is getting more sunny days, no more rain.
I’m better.
Thank you for your concern.
I wish you a nice weekend.
