I do not know when it was the last time I tasted king sized prawns. They are not available these days and more because of lockdown. Fisherfolks are languishing. 

Sweet and sour prawns is a dish I am longing for.  Now we cannot go to any restaurants as they are normally prepared at Chinese restaurants.  I have tried making them at home but nothing like what you get at a Chinese restaurant. 

Seafood is bad for cholesterol  but it is packed with other health properties.
