Pigeons are a huge problem where I live (DC has many monuments and many pigeons, the two don’t mix!)
I agree. They can easily become a problem in any city. It takes time and effort to remove the dirt left by the pigeons.
they love to roost on the various monuments so they have to be cleaned!
