My Lilacs did not do well the last two years. No blooms. So I will be replacing them soon with Crepe Myrtle trees. Hopefully they will do better. The Lilacs were planted in the yard when I moved here. Wish me luck with the Crepe Myrtles. I plan to get the Crimson Crepe, like the other one I have that is thriving very well. I will miss the fragrant lilacs but they were not meant to be in my yard apparently. It was recommended to move them to a different area in the yard, so I may do that and give them another try.

Can you move it? It looks huge. If you can I would try. I know crepe myrtles are easy to grow. Love the color of yours out front too. Great choice!
Yes I have three and plant to move the best one. They are not very big only about five feet tall. Thanks, it was here when we bought.
although we have a different kind of lilacs here. hmmm.. then they are not lilac at all LOL
Great photograph, and I hope these new flowers will do better for you!
I see you have a large yard to plant lots of flowers, so you can add or move the plants freely.
I hope you success with the Crimson Crepe.
Yes there is plenty of room to move one of these to give it another chance. Thanks.
Glad to have the opportunity to stay close to nature and plants.
I have not seen this flower yet … it’s beautiful
Thank you very much.
