I do not know why it is so arranged that at night we have to shut down – after all, we use only one-third of the brain’s resources so that the brain could rest by its zones, one by one, and the person would be alert and active constantly.
But maybe that was His idea, to give us dreams so that we at least dare to live the way we want it.
After coming back, I cannot stop sleeping. I got a feeling that I am too exhausted. Or maybe it’s just change of climate zones, quick-change a big heat to cols weather. I do not know. Or maybe it’s just my age, I am not getting young but older, so should choose more calm leisure. Anyway, I know from my experience, I need about three days to come back to my previous shape.

Actually, I was sleeping too little being in Kenya, may 4-5 hours daily but did not feel exhausted because I got much sun and vit D. Now my body asks for some more sleep.
According medical study , 8 hour sleep a day is mandatory for good health
I would want to sleep 8 hours daily, but I am one with many insomnia nights.
