Sharing a photo of my black tulip, aka Queen of the Night, from my garden. I am very happy to see it in full bloom. The color is not black, but a very dark burgundy. In the right light, it does look black. And is one of my favorites of all. So happy to see this bloom.
Spring time is such a happy time. When you see all of the flowers start to bloom, it makes you happy. Gives you hope. And makes your day. I hope you all have a wonderful day and enjoy the little things in life.

Never thought about it but since the white witch is from Narnia, probably so!
Jadis was actually from Charn, but then invaded Narnia. the Lady of the Green Kirtle, didn’t seem to be related but her origins were unclear
