Have you tried flour-less black bean brownies before?
this sounds really good – will have to give it a try!
They are really good, Doc, and really easy to make. It’s been a mainstay in my life for many years and one of my favorite recipes. Any plain, unsalted nuts are just fine, I use hazelnuts because I love their nutty flavor.
i love walnuts – thanks will give this a try!!!
Looks delicious but I was wondering why we need vinegar!
Grace, I have tried it without the half teaspoon of vinegar, and I kept missing that subtle slight hint of tartiness of my mom’s recipe. Try them both. My wife just reminded me, when we once used lime juice instead and it was great, too.
I know there are weird combinations that taste great.
I am very excited to try this. All I have is avacodo oil. Do you think that will work as well?
I’m an avo-nut! I can eat them every day. I have tried peanut oil which was okay too. Why not try avo-oil? It may be just fine, I’m going to try that too, next time. The other ingredients magically disguise the black bean-paste so effectively, you won’t miss the flower.
