Trees are just trees. I don’t know why do we have to make a big fuzz about them. They are simply trees. I see trees as big, tall and proud. I am the “King of the ground.” Whoever likes to fight with me, for sure you will be knocked down. Ha! I am the King.
Now, I realized that maybe they are don’t feel like kings. In fact, I think they humble themselves. Rain or shine they always stand there. They stand there to protect us from strong winds during typhoons, storms or even hurricanes and tsunamis. As long as they can they fight the wind and the water that will harm us, they are there standing bravely and strongly.
Their stretch their leafy arms to give us shade from the burning heat of the sun. How generous they are to give us a place for resting and for the birds for nesting. These things I realized, I realized…
