My mom just bought me two packs of frozen Edamame, or green soybeans. This was the first time I cooked them at home. We usually have these in Japanese restaurant, and my children like to eat them.
I heard there are many health benefits of eating Edamame, including high protein, vitamins and minerals and fiber. It’s very easy to cook, either boil or steam them in less than 10 minutes. I think I’ll buy more of these soybeans in future.

I haven’t tried that before. I have never seen soy in our country.
I have it but off and on.
Its not good to have too much of it as it effects hormonal balance, especially for men.
I like them cooked very soft.

There is no limit to food recommendations that I get to read on the Net that I am totally confused I do not know what to choose. At the moment I am into Avocado (lol)
