My sister visited us yesterday, and brought us these three cups of Lemon Jelly Iced Drink. My kids like to drink this, as it’s a little sour and a little sweet, and they like to eat the jelly as well.
This drink is originated from Taiwan. A Taiwanese man found the seeds of making the jelly, and he made some drinks with the jelly and added honey lemon. This drink is actually called Aiyu Ice in mandarin, and I have always wondered why. It’s actually named after the man’s daughter.

I make jelly at home but you say this can be drunk as well.
I haven’t seen such a drink before. I’d love to try it.
