Gazania is native to Africa and is related to daisies. It withstands very well in the sun and in dry land, as long as it is well drained and receives water in moderate quantities. This flower should be planted in full sun. It does not tolerate shade, only partially, and it may not develop and flower buds if it does not have sun all day.
