Nature often makes the finest works of art and organizes exhibitions to which we all have access. One of the “exhibitions” I like to visit each year is “Lichens exhibition” in my mother’s garden. It’s been many years since no one cares about that garden, but .. nature is following its habit. Every year it opens the most beautiful lichen exhibition here.

All your photos are very nice
Thank you very much! I’m glad you like my work!
It’s really interesting …
are they fugus?
A lichen is a symbiosis between a fungus and an alga.
Hmm… okay …
they’re actually pretty interesting
Love all of the beauty you find and share with us from nature. Amazing lichen photos.
Thank you, Carol! There many beautiful and interesting things in nature. I try to discover them and I like to share them with all my friends!
I love these pictures. We do not have them here in the tropical climates. Even if they grow they die as quickly as they come up.
It is strange that they are not there. Lichens can live in many environmental conditions, from sea level to high alpine elevations.
