It is now official that my HP laptop is dead and cannot be revived anymore. The problem is the motherboard that is not working anymore. It can be replaced but it’s not practical to do that. The advice is to just buy a new laptop instead. It makes me sad to think that my laptop is only 2 years old, so young to die.
We talked to the vendor but she said that the warranty had lapsed. Of course, we know that but what we were asking is a consideration like helping us repair the laptop. But to no avail that makes turned off in buying another HP brand.

Too bad about your laptop. That is what I almost always use.
Changing motherboard is just same as buy the new laptop.
2 years is really short time for laptop to be broken.
Did you tend to take out the battery when using your laptop?
I would suggest you HP 15.6″ EliteBook 850 G6
I am sorry to hear that. 2 years is not much for an laptop. I used my first laptop for 7 years and i think he could last longer. I use my other laptop a few years but i don’t use this laptop as much as i used my old laptop.
That is very sad – laptops should certainly last longer than that. I worked for HP at one time, but I’m sorry that I cannot accept any responsibility on their behalf!
With upgrades companies expect that users do not demand repair but go for their new products.
Sorry to hear that,,
