My daily rose – Pink rose with a visitor

Due to the strong fragrance and special colors, rose is a living legend in the world of flowers.  That makes it loved by all of us. But, do not think that just us, people love the roses! They are equally loved by insects that we will always find hide among the petals of the roses. The presence of ants on roses should be carefully monitored as the number of ants can be correlated with the presence of aphids on roses.

  1. Quite the closeup shot. That little ant is very visible on that gorgeous pink rose. Some insects do cause damage to plants but a lot of them are not and actually help pollinate flowers and plants alike.
