“Walking makes you healthy!” That’s what my mother told me in my childhood whenever I was revolted that I had to walk a long distance. It seems that habit has remained so far. With one difference. I am no longer revolted that I have to walk, but I find that walking is a blessing. I’m trying to enjoy this every day!
