Mirabilis Jalapa is from the Nictaginaceae family, and has spread to many areas and almost all continents. Flower plant originates from the area of South America (Mexico, Peru …), has dark green leaves, hearty and elongated shape, at the top pointed. It is very decorative and fragrant plant. The only disadvantage of this plant is that it opens its beautiful colors only in the afternoon or during the cloudy days, and then immediately closes them after sunrise. It is easy to maintain and when it comes out, it forms a very busy bush full of flowers. It is not a demanding plant, although it loves land rich in humus and it is permeable.The plant belongs to annual flower beds, but because of the large amount of seeds it produces, it itself settles, and it is sometimes boring as weeds. The seed is large and very firm, so without problems it stays over winter, even in wet conditions.In the evening, the plant releases an aromatic scent and attracts insects, especially nightclubs. It spreads rapidly.Due to the mixing of various color of flowers, you can never get the plant from the same color from seed. Only the white color does not mix
