Nature always gives us everything we need, peace of mind, joy, the oxygen we breathe and its beauty. For today’s challenge, I thought to bring to your attention the mosses because we find them all over the world. They develop on all types of possible substrates – soil, rocks, rotten wood, but also in all vegetation formations – meadows, forests, marshes.
The mosses are important for the environment, because they help to form the soil, it protects against erosion, participates in the breakdown of rocks, defends the soil and drying plants. More and more, they are also used for decorative purposes.
Seen through the camera lens, they look amazing.

You can always find a subject for great pictures. I like it.
I learned to look for beauty where it is harder to find it.
nice picture thanks – i love finding moss and where it can/will grow!
What can I say! I’m surprised by your comments on my posts! Thanks!
honestly it has been more of a time issue for me, I’ve missed a lot of posts.
That is a wonderful capture. I love seeing moss growing on things.
Mosses are beautiful especially when used as a decor and pictures.
These are fantastic macro captures!
Thank you, Ellie. Macro photography is amazing because it highlights things that we can’t easily see.
I have seen many growing here but I am not familiar with the names. Nice capture.
The name is less important. We cannot know all the names of the plants but we can enjoy their beauty.
