This is an ice cream sandwich. It’s not your ordinary ice cream sandwich. If you look closely I am certain that you can figure out what it is made of. If it is made with the correct ingredients it is safe to eat, as Carol DM would say, in moderation. (The picture is not the ones I made.) The ones I mad had some grated chocolate instead of broken chips.
I also made some that didn’t use vanilla ice cream, but other flavors.

It looks so good! There’s no concept of edible cookie dough here, but I make cookie-dough-like treats using nut butter, coconut flour and some honey.
It looks very tasty and a lot of it. I could only eat it in moderation like you said Carol would do. I love ice cream in the summer so it looks very good to me and love chocolate chips.
I think you should try it, just once.
