After the problems here on Virily I seemed to have forgotten Alib’s alphabet challenge. Here is a picture of my favorite Amaryllis lily – Mrs.Garfield.
These flowers have remained with me for more than twenty years now. I love the pale pink color of the flowers and the deeper shade of pink stripes on them. I have a few dozen bulbs here in my garden. I have exchanged/bartered them for other plants as well on various groups.
For some reason these flowers didn’t bloom so much this summer. I guess it is time to re-pot them and give them some love.

This demand for re potting is vital I notice as I have lost plants because I did not do it.
That is a pretty lily. I have a few varieties in my garden.
True, if we don’t re-pot on time we might stand to lose plants. I have also lost plants because I delayed spraying the plant some organic pesticide.
