I never liked to have a heavy dinner, I don’t feel very well with my stomach full at night so I always eat something light for dinner. Sometimes I only eat a soup and a piece of fruit but today I made a salad with sprinkled spinach. I did it quickly with boiled eggs, cabbage, nuts, seeds… light and healthy 🙂
During winter I prefer soup as it is warm and confortable, but today I decided to have a salad as I often do in the summer and it was so good that my husband also wanted a bit of it.
