Jalebi is a welcome sweet snack that is soaked in flavoured sugar syrup It is ideal for those with a sweet tooth I am one of those But I have not succeeded in making it myself as it needs a lot of practice. Impatience is my middle name.
There are slight variations when it comes to ingredients but the method is the same. Make a batter with all purpose flour adding a spoon or two of gram flour. Add water and make a thick batter. Add turmeric powder to get that yellow colour. Let it ferment for a few hours. Using a piping bag pour the batter in hot oil in a circular fashion. Fry till done and soak it in flavoured sugar syrup.

Do you have a sweet tooth?
I suppose this is a little sweet for me.
Not everyone likes sweets.
We have no such dessert. I was very curious how it was prepared. Thanks for sharing this post with us.
It looks easy but one needs practice.
I mostly eat Keto friendly foods, but this sounds great.
I seem to be tempting you people with all these mouthwatering goodies (lol)
I have a sweet tooth the reason I have many gaps in my jaws. I’m also not patient in cooking.
You can always buy this if you do not want to make it.

I like them fresh and crisp I do not make them but we can buy them.
