Sherrie Lovler is a gifted calligrapher, artist, and a poet in her own right. Her calligraphy has been honored in books and magazines for many years. She teaches abstract calligraphic painting workshops nationally in the U.S… Sherrie’s book won a gold medal for Most Outstanding Book Design of 2016 from Independent Publisher Book Awards, but it is her poetry collection, by various renowned poets which mostly touches the deeper corners of my mind poets like, Nadine Stair.
If I Had My Life To Live Overby Nadine Stair“If I had my life to live overI’d dare to make more mistakes next time.I’d relax, I would limber up.I would be sillier than I have been on this trip.I would take fewer things seriously.I would take more chances.I would climb more mountains and swim more rivers.I would eat more ice cream and fewer beans…If I had to do it again, I would travel lighter than I have…I would start barefoot earlier in the springand stay that way later in the fall. I would go to more dances.I would ride more merry-go-rounds.I would pick more daisies.”

I would not pine over when people drifted from me. It was a foolish thing to do. I drift too.
Well I don’t know whether I would have some regrets at her age.I’m far from 80 years old?
